- Adani Jaipur Airport City Limited (AJACL) – Incorporated April 8, 2026

- Adani TRV Airport City Limited (ATACL) – Incorporated April 9, 2026
Business Focus and Capital Investment
Each of the four entities is dedicated to real estate activities, including the construction of buildings on own or leased property, as well as the management of hospitality assets such as hotels, motels, and resorts. The company has invested a paid-up capital of ₹10,00,000 into each subsidiary, represented by 1,00,000 equity shares per entity at a face value of ₹10/-. This move reinforces the Adani Group’s commitment to creating integrated commercial and hospitality ecosystems surrounding its airport assets.
