This transaction, initiated under a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), positions AGHPort as a step-down subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited. The intimation of this completion was received on December 9, 2025, at 12:13 pm.
Background of the Transaction
This acquisition involves AGHPort Aviation Services Private Limited, previously under the operational control of Indo Thai Airport Management Services Private Limited (“IndoThai”). The acquisition reflects Adani Enterprises’ strategic focus on expanding and strengthening its presence in the airport management and aviation services sector.
