Adani Energy Solutions Partners with RSWM for Sustainable Energy Future

Adani Energy Solutions Ltd. (AESL) and RSWM Ltd. have entered into an agreement for AESL to supply 60 MW of green energy to RSWM’s multiple plant locations. RSWM is investing ₹60 crore under a Group Captive Scheme, enabling it to source 70% of its total energy from renewable sources. The project will supply 31.53 crore green units annually, advancing RSWM’s sustainability goals.

Green Energy Supply Agreement

Adani Energy Solutions Ltd. (AESL) will supply 60 MW of green energy to RSWM Ltd., a leading textile manufacturer, across its multiple plant locations. This collaboration will significantly boost RSWM’s renewable energy sourcing, marking a key step in its sustainability efforts. The agreement was announced on November 5th, 2025.

Investment and Renewable Energy Target

RSWM is investing ₹60 crore under the Group Captive Scheme with a renewable genco, which will enable the supply of 31.53 crore units of green power annually. With this project, RSWM will increase its renewable energy contribution from the current 33% to 70% of its total energy requirement.
