ACME Solar Holdings Limited participated in the competitive bidding conducted by Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited (RUMSL) for developing a solar power project with battery energy storage system (BESS) at Morena Solar Park, Madhya Pradesh. Following the e-reverse auction held on September 19, 2025, the Company was declared as the lowest (L1) bidder.
Letter of Award Awaited
The Company is awaiting the formal Letter of Award (LoA) from RUMSL and expects to receive it soon. The LoA represents the first formal communication of the award. Acceptance of the LoA will be the right time to issue a press release, voluntarily disclosing the information to the stock exchanges.
