This latest addition provides 38 MW / 80.252 MWh of capacity, bringing the total commissioned capacity for its subsidiary, ACME Suryodaya Private Limited, to 285 MW / 601.904 MWh. The commercial operation date for this phase is officially set for April 15, 2026.

Through its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Suryodaya Private Limited, the company has officially commissioned the sixth phase of its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. Located in Village Sanwara and Mehar Nagar, Tehsil-Pokhran, District Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, this facility represents a critical step in the company’s commitment to enhancing energy stability.

Technical Capacity and Operational Timeline

This latest phase adds 38 MW / 80.252 MWh of storage capacity to the project site. With this integration, the total commissioned capacity under the subsidiary now stands at 285 MW / 601.904 MWh. While the project achieved commissioning on April 13, 2026, the Commercial Operation Date (COD) for this specific phase has been scheduled for April 15, 2026.

Strategic Significance

The commissioning of Phase-VI follows a series of steady project updates provided by the company throughout February, March, and April 2026. This consistent progress underscores ACME Solar Holdings’ execution capabilities in deploying large-scale energy storage solutions, further strengthening its footprint in the Indian renewable energy sector and contributing to the nation’s grid modernization efforts.
