ACME Solar Holdings Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary ACME Suryodaya Private Limited, has completed the fifth phase of its flagship Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. Located at Village Sanwara and Mehar Nagar, Tehsil-Pokhran, District Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, the project continues to scale its operations to meet renewable energy storage demands.

Operational Capacity Update

The fifth phase contributes an additional 76 MW / 160.512 MWh to the overall project capacity. This accomplishment brings the total commissioned capacity of the facility to 247 MW / 521.652 MWh. The total project scope is designed for a capacity of 285 MW / 601.904 MWh, reflecting the company’s commitment to building robust energy storage infrastructure.

Commercial Timeline

The commissioning of the fifth phase was officially marked on April 06, 2026. Furthermore, the company has confirmed that the Commercial Operation Date (COD) for this specific phase is scheduled for April 08, 2026. This progress follows a series of incremental developments throughout early 2026, demonstrating steady and consistent project execution.
