Mr. Vivek Mohan has been appointed as an Additional (Non-Executive) Director, effective January 1, 2026. The appointment follows a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and was approved by the Board of Directors on December 24, 2025.

The company will seek shareholder approval for the appointment of Mr. Vivek Mohan as Director through a postal ballot. Details regarding the postal ballot will be communicated to shareholders in due course.

Vivek Mohan’s Background

Mr. Vivek Mohan will also hold the position of Abbott’s Vice President, Established Pharmaceuticals, India, starting January 1, 2026. Previously, he served as Abbott’s Divisional Vice President, Corporate Global Marketing. Mr. Mohan joined Abbott in 1992 and has held roles across the US, UK, India, Indonesia, and the Middle East.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Michigan in 1992 and an M.B.A. in International Business and Marketing from the University of Illinois in 1996.
