Aadhar Housing Finance has announced changes in its Senior Management Personnel (SMP) structure. Mr. Shrikant Patil (Head – Technical) and Mr. Suraj Shetty (Head – Legal) will no longer be classified as SMPs due to internal reporting structure adjustments, effective January 1, 2026. They will, however, continue their employment with the company.

Mr. Shrikant Patil
Previous Designation: Head – Technical
Reason for Change: Ceased to be classified as SMP due to changes in the internal reporting structure of the company. Mr. Patil will remain an employee.

Mr. Suraj Shetty
Previous Designation: Head – Legal
Reason for Change: Ceased to be classified as SMP due to changes in the internal reporting structure of the company. Mr. Shetty will remain an employee.
