Aadhar Housing Finance has announced an adjustment to the payment date for the Yearly Interest and Redemption amount concerning specific Non-Convertible Debentures (ISIN: INE538L07270). Although the original due date was March 31, 2026, the payment will now be made on the preceding working day, March 30, 2026. Key Payment Dates
The official due date set for both the yearly interest payment and the principal redemption for these NCDs was March 31, 2026. However, due to March 31, 2026 being observed as a bank holiday on account of Mahavir Janmakalyanak/Mahavir Jayanti, the payment has been rescheduled.
As per the guidelines provided in the October 15, 2025 Master Circular, the payment will now be executed on the preceding working day. Therefore, the revised and final payment date for the interest and redemption amount is confirmed as March 30, 2026.
