The Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Board of Directors approved the grant at their meeting held on December 18, 2025.
Details of the Grant
The company has granted 1,30,87,700 options. These options are convertible into an equivalent number of equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10. The exercise price for each option is set at ₹425. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) has the authority to decide which employees are eligible for options, as well as the specific vesting and exercise conditions. The company will implement the plan directly via its Board/NRC.
Vesting and Exercise
The options have a minimum vesting period of 1 year from the grant date. All options will vest according to a vesting schedule detailed in the grant letter. The options can be exercised within 2 years from the vesting date.
