Central Bank of India: Senior Management Transition Announced

Central Bank of India has announced a key change in its senior management. Shri Partha Sarathi K Naidu has been promoted to the position of General Manager-Strategy, effective August 1, 2026. This promotion is in line with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Shri Naidu brings extensive banking experience of over 34 years, including regional leadership roles, and previously served as Deputy General Manager in the Strategy Department.

Central Bank of India has officially announced the promotion of Shri Partha Sarathi K Naidu to the crucial role of General Manager-Strategy. This appointment is effective from August 1, 2026, and has been made in accordance with Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

Shri Naidu’s Profile

Shri Partha Sarathi K Naidu, aged 58 years, joined Central Bank of India in 1991. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF). His career spans approximately 34 years in the banking industry, during which he has held significant positions, including Regional Head for the Rajkot and Bangalore regions. Prior to this promotion, he served as the Deputy General Manager of the Strategy Department at the Bank’s Central Office in Mumbai.
