MOIL Limited: Cuts Manganese Ore Prices by Up to 5% for August 2026

MOIL Limited has announced a revision in prices for various grades of Manganese Ore and other products, effective August 1, 2026. Prices for Ferro grades with 44% Mn and above have been reduced by 4%, while other Ferro grades, Chemical grades, SMGR, and Fines will see a 5% decrease. The basic prices for EMD and EMD flakes remain unchanged for August 2026.

Price Revisions for Manganese Ore and Products

MOIL Limited, a prominent player in the mining sector, has officially announced price adjustments for its range of Manganese Ore and associated products. These revised prices are effective from midnight of July 31, 2026 / August 1, 2026, and will be applicable for the month of August 2026.

Key Price Adjustments

  • The prices for all Ferro grades of manganese ore with a Manganese content of Mn- 44% and above have been decreased by 4% compared to the prices prevailing since July 1, 2026.
  • Similarly, prices for all other Ferro grades of manganese ore with Manganese content below Mn-44%, alongside Chemical grades, SMGR grades, and Fines, have been decreased by 5% on the prices prevailing since July 1, 2026.

Continued Pricing for EMD and EMD Flakes

In a separate update regarding specific products, MOIL Limited has confirmed that the basic price for EMD (Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide) will remain at Rs.1,80,000/- PMT. Additionally, the basic price for EMD flakes will continue to be Rs.1,71,000/- for the month of August 2026.

These price revisions are in line with the company’s business practice of regularly fixing and revising prices for its products, reflecting market dynamics and operational adjustments.
