Divi’s Laboratories Limited has disclosed its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, ended June 30, 2026. The company demonstrated robust growth, achieving a consolidated total income of ₹3144 crore, up from ₹2529 crore in the prior year’s comparable quarter. On a standalone basis, total income reached ₹3037 crore, an increase from ₹2476 crore reported in the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
Key Financial Highlights (Standalone)
Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the standalone entity amounted to ₹1165 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared to ₹747 crore in the same period last year. Consequently, Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a substantial rise to ₹891 crore, up from ₹557 crore. The company also reported a forex loss of ₹7 crore for the current quarter, contrasting with a forex gain of ₹39 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Consolidated Financial Performance
On a consolidated basis, Divi’s Laboratories reported a PBT of ₹1180 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, a marked improvement from ₹733 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The consolidated PAT for the quarter stood at ₹902 crore, significantly higher than the ₹545 crore reported in the same period last year. The consolidated entity also experienced a forex loss of ₹7 crore this quarter.
Senior Management Appointments
In addition to the financial results, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. B. Vara Prasad as General Manager (Engineering Purchase) and Mr. J. Srinivasa Rao as General Manager (Raw Materials Purchase) as Senior Management Personnel of the Company. Both appointments are effective from August 01, 2026. Mr. Vara Prasad brings over 31 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on supply chain and procurement. Mr. Srinivasa Rao, with over 30 years of experience, specializes in managing procurement operations, vendor development, and supply chain strategies.
