In his capacity, Mr. Venkataraman oversees the company’s Finance, Business Commercial, Legal, and Secretarial functions. He also leads the Cost Efficiency initiatives. Prior to his tenure at Britannia, he held leadership positions in the finance function for Eicher Motors Limited’s two-wheeler and commercial vehicle businesses. Mr. Venkataraman is not related to any of the Directors of Britannia Industries and is not debarred by SEBI or any other authority from holding a Director’s office.
