The key financial figures for Q1FY27 are:

  • Total Income: ₹1,560 crore, an increase of 6% year-on-year (YoY).
  • EBITDA: ₹135 crore, up 11% YoY, with a margin of 8.6%.
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): (₹38 crore), a decrease of 55% YoY, with a margin of (2.5%).
  • Net Profit: (₹23 crore), a decrease of 14% YoY.

Operational Performance

Operational highlights for Q1FY27 include:

  • Store Count: The company maintained a strong retail presence with 1,627 stores as of June 2026, showing a slight increase in net store count.
  • Net Cash: The company reported a Net Cash position of ₹154 crore.

The presentation further breaks down the performance by business segments: Branded Textile, Branded Apparel, Garmenting, High Value Cotton Shirting, and Emerging Businesses. The Garmenting segment showed a significant revenue growth of 50% YoY, driven by strong order book execution and international client onboarding. Branded Apparel revenue grew by 4% YoY, supported by premiumization and casualization strategies.
