The company demonstrated a stable performance with a 6% year-over-year growth in Total Income, reaching ₹1,560 crore, up from ₹1,475 crore in Q1 FY26.
Key Financial Highlights
The company’s Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) for the quarter stood at ₹135 crore, marking an 11% year-over-year increase. The EBITDA margin improved by 40 basis points to 8.6% in Q1 FY27, compared to 8.2% in Q1 FY26. Net Working Capital days also improved to 75 days from 90 days in the prior year’s corresponding quarter. The company continues to maintain a debt-free status with a net cash surplus of ₹154 crore.
Segmental Performance
The Branded Textile segment reported revenue of ₹684 crore in Q1 FY27. EBITDA for this segment was ₹95 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 13.9%.
The Branded Apparel segment recorded revenue of ₹349 crore, showing a 4% year-over-year growth. The segment reported an EBITDA of ₹18 crore with an EBITDA margin of 5.1%.
The Garmenting segment showed a stellar performance with revenue of ₹296 crore, a 50% year-over-year growth. The segment reported an EBITDA of ₹22 crore with an EBITDA margin of 7.3%.
The High Value Cotton Shirting segment reported revenue of ₹195 crore and an EBITDA of ₹19 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 9.7%.
The Emerging Business segment reported revenue of ₹79 crore, a 9% year-over-year growth. The company noted continued tactical investment in this segment.
Retail Network and ESG
The retail network optimization continues, with the store count at 1,627 stores as of June 30, 2026. Raymond Lifestyle Limited also highlighted its commitment to ESG initiatives, aiming for 40% female representation and environmental stewardship targets by 2030.
