Narayana Health: Q1 FY27 Earnings Show Revenue Growth and Profitability

Narayana Health has released its investor presentation for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The company reported consolidated operating revenues of ₹26,836 Mn, marking a significant increase of +78.0% YoY and +3.5% QoQ. Consolidated EBITDA stood at ₹5,052 Mn with a margin of 18.8%, while Consolidated PAT was ₹2,073 Mn at a margin of 7.7%. The presentation also highlights operational achievements, expansion plans, and digital transformation initiatives.

Narayana Health has presented its investor update for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 (Q1 FY27), ending June 30, 2026. The company showcased robust financial and operational growth, reflecting its strategic initiatives and market position.

Key Financial Highlights

The consolidated operating revenues for Q1 FY27 reached ₹26,836 Mn, demonstrating a substantial year-on-year growth of +78.0% and a quarter-on-quarter increase of +3.5%. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) were reported at ₹5,052 Mn, with a healthy margin of 18.8%. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹2,073 Mn, achieving a margin of 7.7%. As of June 30, 2026, the company’s net debt to equity ratio was 0.42.

Operational and Expansion Updates

The presentation also detailed key operational achievements. Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences, Bengaluru, performed 2,137 cardiac surgeries and 19 Pulse Field Ablation procedures. Narayana Hospital, Gurugram, operationalized the CUVIS Ortho Robotic System and Thulium Laser System. The company also highlighted a wide spectrum of robotic surgeries performed across its units in Q1 FY27.

Narayana Health is actively pursuing expansion strategies, with a focus on strengthening its presence in flagship regions. Key projects include new facilities in HSR Bangalore, Rajarhat Kolkata, Central Bangalore, South Bangalore, and Raipur, with targeted bed capacities and project timelines outlined. The company’s current bed capacity is 5,775, with planned additions aimed at reaching a target of 7,600+ beds by FY30.

Digital Transformation and ESG Vision

Digital transformation initiatives are underway across clinical, operational, patient experience, and customer segments. These include Electronic Documentation, Bot assisted Inpatient Admissions, a growing NH patient app user base, and SaaS customer onboarding. The company is also committed to its ESG vision, “Health For All,” with targets set for renewable energy mix, carbon neutrality, optimized waste management, and improving societal health metrics through increased training, access to care, and digitization by 2030.
