Datamatics Global Services Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of the remaining 20% stake in TNQ Tech Private Limited, as per its disclosure dated July 31, 2026. This second tranche acquisition, involving 2,02,000 equity shares, follows the initial 80% stake acquisition completed on December 31, 2024. With this completion, TNQ Tech is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lumina Datamatics Limited, a subsidiary of Datamatics Global Services Limited, and consequently, a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Datamatics Global Services Limited.

The turnover of TNQ Tech for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, was reported at Rs. 33,809 Lakhs.
The cost of the first tranche acquisition was Rs. 348 Crores, while the second tranche acquisition cost Rs. 206.80 Crores. The total stake of Lumina Datamatics Limited in TNQTech now stands at 100%.
