Indian Oil Corporation Limited has released its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter that concluded on June 30, 2026. The company posted a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of ₹15,322.37 crore. This figure represents a significant swing from the previous year’s quarter loss. The revenue from operations for the quarter was reported at ₹2,75,971.77 crore.

Key Financial Highlights

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Indian Oil’s total income was ₹2,76,356.92 crore. Total expenses were recorded at ₹2,79,631.22 crore. The net profit after tax for the period amounted to ₹11,377.51 crore. The company also disclosed its financial performance across different segments, including Petroleum Products, Petrochemicals, and Gas.

Segment Performance and Ratios

The standalone financial results indicate that the Petroleum Products segment generated a profit before tax of ₹19,218.72 crore. The Petrochemicals segment reported a profit before tax of ₹1,209.13 crore, while the Gas segment reported a loss before tax of ₹1,145.26 crore. The company also provided additional disclosures as per SEBI regulations, including debt equity ratios, current ratios, and net profit margins.

Consolidated Financials

In addition to the standalone results, Indian Oil also presented its unaudited consolidated financial results. For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the consolidated profit before tax (including share of profit from associates and joint ventures) was ₹19,791.04 crore. Total consolidated income stood at ₹2,82,379.02 crore, with total consolidated expenses at ₹2,84,008.74 crore. The consolidated net profit attributable to equity holders of the parent was ₹14,458.08 crore.

Other Disclosures

The company noted that the financial results have been reviewed by statutory auditors and approved by the Board of Directors. It also highlighted that certain disclosures regarding the use of proceeds from non-convertible unsecured debentures indicated no deviation or variation, with funds utilized for refinancing of existing borrowings and/or funding of capital expenditure.
