Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q1 FY27 surged by 19% on a year-over-year basis, reaching ₹2,824 Mn. This consistent profit growth underscores the company’s operational efficiency and expanding market reach.

Assets Under Management (AUM) saw an impressive increase of 18%, standing at ₹313,640 Mn as of Q1 FY27. This expansion in AUM reflects the growing demand for housing finance solutions and Aadhar Housing Finance’s successful market penetration.

Disbursements and Asset Quality

Disbursements for the quarter were reported at ₹20,358 Mn. The company noted a transition in its disbursement reporting basis to cheque realization from cheque handover starting Q1 FY27. Under the previous basis, disbursement on cheque handover in Q1 FY27 was ₹23,590 Mn, marking a 19% growth on a YoY basis.

Asset quality metrics remained stable, with Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) at 1.3%, showing an improvement of 3 basis points. The Return on Assets (ROA) was recorded at 4.0%, with an improvement of 2 basis points, and the Spread stood at 5.8%, down by 3 basis points.
