Shree Cement Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 31, 2026, has approved the company’s un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The approved results, both standalone and consolidated, along with the limited review reports from the statutory auditors, have been submitted. The board meeting commenced at 1:15 PM and concluded at 2:10 PM on the same day.

Revenue and Income

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Shree Cement reported ₹5622.68 crore in revenue from operations. Other income added ₹201.39 crore, bringing the total income to ₹5824.07 crore. This compares to a total income of ₹5755.16 crore for the preceding quarter ended March 31, 2026, and ₹5149.03 crore for the corresponding quarter in the previous year (June 30, 2025).

Expenses and Profitability

Total expenses for the quarter were ₹5189.89 crore. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) stood at ₹1275.85 crore. Profit Before Tax (PBT) was reported at ₹634.18 crore. After accounting for a total tax expense of ₹196.19 crore, the net profit for the period was ₹437.99 crore. Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) were ₹121.39 and ₹147.45 for the respective quarters, and ₹171.42 for the prior year quarter.

Consolidated Financial Performance

Revenue and Income (Consolidated)

On a consolidated basis, Shree Cement generated ₹6233.13 crore in revenue from operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Other income amounted to ₹211.71 crore, resulting in a total income of ₹6444.84 crore. This reflects an increase compared to the previous quarter’s total income of ₹6202.16 crore and the same quarter last year’s ₹5516.11 crore.

Expenses and Profitability (Consolidated)

Total consolidated expenses were ₹5703.75 crore for the quarter. EBITDA reached ₹1483.91 crore. Profit Before Tax (PBT) was ₹741.09 crore. The tax expense for the period was ₹209.97 crore, leading to a net profit attributable to owners of the company of ₹529.19 crore. Consolidated Basic and Diluted EPS stood at ₹146.67 and ₹178.12 for the respective quarters.

Additional Disclosures

The company also provided additional disclosures as per Clause 52(4) of the Listing Regulations, including metrics such as Debt Equity Ratio, Debt Service Coverage Ratio, Current Ratio, and Net Profit Margin for both standalone and consolidated statements.
