Entero Healthcare Solutions has announced a robust financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved a significant 29.3% year-on-year revenue growth, reaching ₹6,591 crore, which notably outperforms the Indian Pharmaceutical Market (IPM) growth of approximately 10%. Like-for-like growth stood at 31.5%, with organic growth remaining strong at 15.6%.
Profitability and Operational Efficiency
Profitability saw substantial improvement, with EBITDA increasing by 55% to ₹266 crore, leading to an expansion in EBITDA margins from 3.4% to 4.03%. For the first time, the company generated ₹96 crore in operating cash flow, marking a significant milestone in its evolution. The company also improved its net working capital cycle and saw improvements in return metrics, with ROCE increasing to 14.6% and ROE improving to 12.5%.
Strategic Expansion into MedTech
A defining development for FY26 was Entero’s strategic expansion into the MedTech segment, a high-growth area offering structurally superior margins. Through a combination of organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions, the company established a meaningful presence in areas suchas diagnostics, medical devices, cardiology, orthopaedics, consumables, and imaging-related products. The MedTech segment now contributes over ₹1,000 crore in annualized revenue, strengthening Entero’s position as a diversified healthcare distribution platform and broadening its addressable market.

Entero’s platform continues to expand its reach, now serving over 105,300+ Retail Pharmacy Customers and 3,600+ Hospital Customers across 523 districts. The company operates a network of 136 warehouses, handling over 97,500+ SKUs and maintaining relationships with over 3,300 manufacturers. This extensive nationwide footprint enables timely product availability and efficient inventory management.
