Nuvama Wealth Management Limited (NSE, BSE: NUVAMA) has reported a stellar financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), achieving its highest-ever quarterly profit of ₹306 Cr. This represents a notable 16% year-on-year increase. The strong results were driven by a healthy all-round performance across its diverse business segments.
Key Financial Highlights
The company’s consolidated revenues for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹909 Cr, marking an 18% increase compared to the same period last year. Total costs saw a 19% rise to ₹501 Cr. Operating Profit Before Tax (PBT) grew by 17% YoY to ₹408 Cr, while Operating Profit After Tax (PAT) rose by 16% YoY to ₹306 Cr.
Client Assets Reach New Milestone
A significant achievement for Nuvama Wealth Management is crossing the milestone of ₹5 lakh crore in client assets. As of the end of Q1 FY27, total client assets stood at a record ₹5,36,139 Cr, up by a substantial 16% YoY. This growth underscores the deepening client trust and the strength of the company’s franchise.

Business Segment Details
Wealth Management revenues grew by 19% YoY, contributing 49% of the total revenues. Within this, Nuvama Wealth saw revenues rise by 13% YoY, driven by traction in MPIS solutions, with MPIS revenues growing faster at 20% YoY. Profit Before Tax (PBT) for Nuvama Wealth increased by 19% YoY to ₹90 Cr. Net new money (NNM) for MPIS reached an all-time quarterly high of ₹3,044 Cr. Nuvama Private reported a revenue growth of 27% YoY, with PBT up by 22% YoY to ₹59 Cr. ARR NNM stood at ₹1,083 Cr.
Asset Management revenues (management fees) grew by 24% YoY to ₹22 Cr. Assets Under Management (AUM) stood at ₹13,261 Cr, a 12% YoY increase. The company also achieved the final close of its PRIME fund (CRE Strategy) at approximately ₹4,000 Cr and secured SEBI’s approval for a mutual fund license.
Asset Services and Capital Markets saw revenues grow by 34% YoY. PBT for this segment increased by 19% YoY to ₹269 Cr. Client assets under Asset Services reached ₹1,58,986 Cr, growing by 25% YoY.
The company highlighted key strengths including a strong promoter in PAG, an integrated and differentiated platform, scaled multi-client segments, and a unique hybrid fulfillment model. Nuvama also emphasized its proven execution with diversified and scalable revenue streams and a strong capital base.
