Clean Science and Technology Limited announced on July 30, 2026, that its Board of Directors has approved the proposal to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in the Netherlands. This new entity will be a step-down subsidiary of Clean Science and Technology Limited, operating under its subsidiary, Clean-Fino Chem Limited. The move aims to facilitate international business operations and expansion.

International Expansion Initiative Approved

Clean Science and Technology Limited has taken a significant step towards global expansion with the Board of Directors approving the incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary in the Netherlands. This decision was made during a board meeting held on July 30, 2026.

Subsidiary Structure and Purpose

The proposed entity in the Netherlands will be incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Clean-Fino Chem Limited, which is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Clean Science and Technology Limited. This establishes a clear step-down structure. The primary objective of this new international presence is to support and expand the company’s business activities, which will include the selling, distribution, and trading of specialty chemicals, as well as job work related to these products and activities. The initial capital for the Dutch subsidiary is planned to be approximately EUR 50,000, to be infused in tranches.

Company Name and Regulatory Compliance

While the exact name of the proposed Dutch company is yet to be finalized, potential names include ‘Clean Science BV’, ‘Clean Science International BV’, or ‘Clean Science and Technology BV’, subject to approval by relevant authorities. The incorporation process is set to commence shortly, and further details, including the registered name, will be communicated to the exchanges in due course.

The incorporation of this subsidiary is part of Clean Science and Technology Limited’s strategy to enhance its global footprint and operational capabilities within the specialty chemicals market.
