Mankind Pharma: Q1 FY27 Results Showed Net Profit and Approved ₹150 Cr Guarantee

Mankind Pharma Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company’s Board of Directors approved the standalone and consolidated financial results, reporting profits and key financial metrics. Additionally, the Board approved the issuance of a ₹150 crore corporate guarantee in favour of its subsidiary, Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV), to secure credit facilities.

Mankind Pharma Announces Q1 FY27 Financial Highlights

Mankind Pharma Limited has released its financial performance for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2027, ending June 30, 2026. The company’s Board of Directors met on July 30, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the period.

Financial Performance Overview

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹2,964.05 crore, with a profit before tax of ₹756.57 crore. The net profit after tax was ₹558.49 crore. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations reached ₹4,030.59 crore, with a profit before tax of ₹769.45 crore, resulting in a net profit after tax of ₹574.09 crore.

Corporate Guarantee Approval

In a significant development, the Board of Directors has also approved the issuance of a corporate guarantee aggregating to ₹150 crore. This guarantee will be provided to various banks to secure credit facilities that have been or will be availed by Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV), a wholly owned subsidiary. The details of this guarantee have been disclosed as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations. The company also enclosed a certificate from its Joint Statutory Auditors regarding the book value of assets, as required by regulations.
