These NCDs are rated, listed, secured, transferable, redeemable, and denominated in Indian Rupees, carrying a fixed interest rate of 8.10% p.a. p.q. The debentures have a tenure of 60 months from the allotment date of July 30, 2026.

India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited has successfully completed the allotment of new Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through a private placement. The company announced on July 30, 2026, that its Asset Liability Management Committee approved the issuance of 7,500 NCDs. Each NCD has a face value of INR 1,00,000, bringing the total aggregate issue size to INR 75,00,00,000 (₹750 crore).

Key Details of the NCD Issue

These NCDs are characterized as Rated, Listed, Secured, Transferable, and Redeemable instruments, denominated in Indian Rupees. They carry a fixed interest rate of 8.10% per annum, payable quarterly. The tenure for these debentures is 60 months, with the allotment date being July 30, 2026, and the maturity date set for July 30, 2031.

Security and Collateral

The NCDs are secured by a first and exclusive hypothecation charge over the company’s standard receivables. A minimum asset cover of 1.10 times is maintained to safeguard the debenture holders’ interests.
