Experience and Qualifications

Mr. Thadathil possesses a wealth of experience, with more than 16 years in P&G’s Human Resources department. His career has spanned various roles across multiple global locations, including Singapore, the US, and Southeast Asia. His expertise covers commercial teams, manufacturing plants, and country HR roles, where he has consistently delivered strong results for key P&G businesses. In his most recent capacity, he managed the Olay business for Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam regionally and served as the Singapore Site HR leader for APAC Head Quarters. He is recognized for his ability to transform businesses and develop strong talent pipelines.

Regulatory Compliance

The company confirms that Mr. Robin Thadathil is not subject to any debarment or disqualification orders from regulatory bodies such as SEBI or the MCA. He is also compliant with Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013. Furthermore, he does not hold any shares in the company and has no existing relationship with any of the current Directors.

Appointment Details

Mr. Thadathil will serve as an Additional (Executive) Director until the upcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company. The company has provided detailed disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in Annexure A.
