Financial and Operational Highlights
The presentation detailed a substantial increase in EBITDA by 272% to INR 1,143 Mn and PAT by 216% to INR 677 Mn for Q1 FY27 compared to the previous year. Gross Margins improved to 37.5% from 30.8% in Q1 FY26, while EBITDA Margins expanded significantly to 11.8%. A key operational milestone was the successful commissioning of new Ethyl Acetate capacity at Lote, alongside the completion of scheduled maintenance at the Mahad Site I.

Looking ahead, Laxmi Organic Industries is focused on a strategy of ‘Go Deeper, Go Broader’ for its Essentials business, aiming to retain market share, grow exports, and enhance operational efficiencies. For its Specialties business, the strategy involves expanding market share, focusing on global customers, and entering new product segments, with a target of achieving at least 20% sales from new products.
