Refex Industries Limited has maintained its growth momentum, showcasing impressive financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2027 (Q1 FY27), which ended on June 30, 2026. The company announced a significant 76.4% year-on-year (Y-o-Y) increase in its revenue from operations, which stood at ₹619.3 crore. This strong top-line performance was complemented by a remarkable 122.8% Y-o-Y growth in Profit After Tax (PAT), which reached ₹73.6 crore.

The standalone financial highlights for Q1 FY27 reveal a robust financial trajectory for Refex Industries:

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹619.3 crore (up 76.4% Y-o-Y)
  • EBITDA: ₹105.4 crore (up 166.0% Y-o-Y), with a margin of 17.0%
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹98.3 crore (up 137.3% Y-o-Y)
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹73.6 crore (up 122.8% Y-o-Y), with a margin of 11.9%

These figures indicate a substantial improvement in the company’s profitability and operational efficiency compared to the corresponding quarter in the previous year (Q1 FY26), where revenue stood at ₹351.1 crore and PAT was ₹33.0 crore.

Operational Milestones and Business Outlook

The company’s operational performance was driven by strong capabilities and a growing order book. Key achievements during the quarter include:

  • Securing new orders worth ₹279 crore for the Ash & Coal Handling business vertical.
  • The Wind Business successfully delivered its first 5.3 MW wind turbine at Torrent’s Koppal project and commenced deliveries to other customers.
