State Bank of India (SBI) has announced a meeting of its Central Board on Friday, 7th August 2026, in Mumbai. The primary agenda is to consider the financial results for the quarter ended 30.06.2026. Following the results declaration, an Analyst Meet is scheduled for the same day at 5:15 PM. Additionally, the trading window for designated persons remains closed until 48 hours after the financial results are disclosed.
SBI Board Meeting Scheduled
State Bank of India (SBI) has announced that its Central Board will convene on Friday, 7th August 2026, in Mumbai. The meeting’s key objective is to review and approve the Bank’s financial results for the quarter that concluded on 30.06.2026.
Analyst Meet to Follow Results
Subsequent to the declaration of the Q1FY27 financial results, SBI will host an Analyst Meet. This session is scheduled to take place on 7th August 2026 at 5:15 PM at the State Bank Bhavan Auditorium. This provides an opportunity for analysts to engage with the bank’s management regarding the financial performance.
Trading Window Closure
In adherence to the Bank’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Bank’s securities has been closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure commenced on 1st July 2026 and will be reopened 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended 30.06.2026 are formally declared and communicated to the stock exchanges.
