LLP, the Joint Statutory Auditors, have issued their Limited Review Reports on the unaudited financial results for the quarter. Operational Highlights and Financial Performance (Q1 FY27)

AGEL reported strong operational and financial performance for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. Key highlights include:

  • Operational capacity grew by a significant 27% YoY to 20.1 GW.
  • Energy sales increased by 30% YoY to 13,657 million units.
  • Revenue from Power Supply surged 29% YoY to ₹4,280 crore.
  • EBITDA from Power Supply increased by 33% YoY to ₹4,122 crore, achieving an industry-leading EBITDA margin of 94%.
  • Cash Profit saw a 28% YoY growth to ₹2,225 crore.

The company has also commissioned 1,972 MWh of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) capacity in Khavda, bringing the total installed BESS capacity to 3,551 MWh. AGEL remains on track to add substantial greenfield capacity and BESS capacity by FY27.
