Havells India Unveils Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results

Havells India Limited has announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a profit after tax of ₹298.43 crore on a standalone basis and ₹289.71 crore on a consolidated basis. These results reflect the company’s performance during the initial quarter of the fiscal year, with a detailed breakdown of revenues, expenses, and profitability across various segments.

Havells India Announces Q1 FY27 Financial Performance

Havells India Limited has officially released its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter, which concluded on June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results during a meeting held on July 17, 2026, which commenced at 12:00 PM and concluded at 2:05 PM.

Standalone Financial Highlights

On a standalone basis, Havells India reported a total income of ₹6,564.10 crore for the quarter. The company’s expenses amounted to ₹6,163.09 crore, resulting in a profit before tax of ₹401.01 crore. After accounting for income tax expenses of ₹101.95 crore, the profit for the period stood at ₹298.43 crore. Total comprehensive income for the period, net of tax, was ₹298.99 crore.

Consolidated Financial Performance

The consolidated financial results show a total income of ₹6,572.35 crore for the same period. Total expenses were recorded at ₹6,180.06 crore, leading to a profit before exceptional item, share of profit in investment accounted using equity method, and tax of ₹392.29 crore. After considering income tax expenses of ₹101.95 crore, the consolidated profit for the period attributable to owners of the parent was ₹290.38 crore. Total comprehensive income for the period, net of tax, amounted to ₹290.21 crore.

Segmental Performance Overview

The company’s segment-wise revenue reveals strong performance across its key business areas. For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Switchgears generated revenue of ₹607.68 crore, Cables ₹2,455.62 crore, and Lighting & Fixtures ₹390.27 crore. Electrical Consumer Durables reported revenue of ₹1,113.07 crore, while Lloyd Consumer contributed ₹1,459.62 crore. Renewables and Others segments added ₹314.34 crore and ₹169.42 crore, respectively. Segment results before unallocable items and finance costs showed significant contributions from these divisions.

Auditors’ Review and Notes

The financial results have undergone a limited review by the company’s statutory auditors, Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accountants LLP, who have issued an unmodified report. The results are prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Note 4 highlights an incremental liability of ₹45.03 crore disclosed as an ‘Exceptional Item’ related to employee benefit obligations following the ‘New Labour Codes’.
