These agreements were originally executed between M/s. Rohit Dyechem Private Limited (Owner) and M/s. Carnation Hotels Private Limited (Operator).
License Agreement Also Terminated
In addition to the operating agreement, the License Agreement and its Amendment Agreement, which were also in place between the Company, the Operator, and the Owner, have been terminated. These agreements pertained to the hotel operating under the brand name “Lemon Tree Wildlife Resorts, Kanha”. The termination was mutually agreed upon by all parties involved.
