Prior to joining IIFL Capital Services, Mr. Gupta served as the Group Chief Compliance Officer at ASK Investment Managers. In this capacity, he was instrumental in leading regulatory compliance, liaison, and enterprise-wide compliance transformation initiatives. His background includes extensive experience in regulatory affairs, policy advocacy, compliance automation, and risk monitoring, working closely with domestic and global stakeholders, regulators, and industry bodies.
