Financial Highlights for FY 2025-26
The Company has reported a robust financial performance for the Financial Year 2025-26. On a consolidated basis, the company achieved a record revenue of ₹2,183.71 crore and a profit after tax of ₹416.96 crore, marking a significant increase of 39.01% and 237.9% year-on-year, respectively. The consolidated earnings per share increased to ₹3.08.
On a standalone basis, the company’s total income grew by 29.57% to ₹812.09 crore. The profit after tax surged to ₹268.09 crore, representing a substantial increase of 1,531.7% compared to the previous year. The basic earnings per share on a standalone basis improved to ₹1.98.
Dividend Recommendation
In line with its strong performance, the Company’s Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 5% (₹0.05 per equity share) for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The Company had also declared an interim dividend of 10% earlier in the year.

The cut-off date for e-voting and determining members eligible to vote is Thursday, 02nd July, 2026. The book closure period will be from Friday, 03rd July, 2026 to Thursday, 09th July, 2026. The remote e-voting period will commence on Saturday, 04th July, 2026 at 09:00 AM (IST) and conclude on Wednesday, 08th July, 2026 at 05:00 PM (IST).
