Astral Limited announced today, June 11, 2026, a significant step in its strategic expansion with the acquisition of a 60% partnership interest in Differentiated and Sustainable Solutions LLP (DSS) by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Astral Chemie Limited (ACL). The transaction, valued at an aggregate of ₹39.11 Crores, is poised to bolster Astral’s position in the specialty chemicals sector.
