The newly acquired land parcel is slated for the development of a premium residential group housing project. Godrej Properties estimates that this development will yield a revenue potential exceeding INR 7,000 crore, offering a diverse range of residential apartment configurations to cater to market demand. The plot is situated in a vital growth corridor, benefiting from excellent connectivity to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar.
