Marksans Pharma Ltd. has reported a landmark year for fiscal year 2026, achieving its highest-ever total income, EBITDA, and Profit After Tax (PAT). The company’s financial performance for the quarter and full year ended March 31, 2026, showcased significant growth and operational success. Total income reached approximately ₹3,033 crore, representing a 12.8% increase year-over-year. The EBITDA stood at ₹601 crore with a healthy margin of 20.4%, and PAT hit an all-time high of ₹420 crore, up 9.8% from the previous year.

Key Growth Drivers and Market Expansion

The robust growth in FY26 was attributed to a strategic series of new product launches across various markets. The company’s branded portfolio in Australia saw significant contributions, while the UK market experienced a strong recovery, achieving its highest-ever quarterly revenue in Q4 FY26. Further bolstering growth, Marksans Pharma launched 112 new SKUs in the US market. The company also successfully expanded its global footprint by entering new markets including Germany, Canada, and Ireland.

Strong Financial Position and Outlook

Marksans Pharma concluded the fiscal year with a strong cash balance of approximately ₹990 crore, continuing its multi-year track record of being net cash positive. Q4 FY26 Performance Highlights

In the fourth quarter of FY26 (Q4FY26), Marksans Pharma reported a total income of ₹891 crore, a substantial increase of 23.1% compared to the same period last year. Gross profit stood at ₹466 crore, up 21.5% with a gross margin of 54.4%. EBITDA for the quarter was ₹195 crore, and Earnings Per Share (EPS) was ₹3.3.

Business Segment Performance

The US & North America Formulation business reported revenues of ₹1,533 crore for FY26, a 24.0% increase year-over-year, contributing 52.0% to the total revenue. The UK and Europe segment generated ₹1,015 crore in FY26, despite a slight year-over-year decrease of 1.4%, it still represents a significant 34.4% of total revenue. Australia & New Zealand saw revenues of ₹303 crore in FY26, marking a 19.9% increase and accounting for 10.3% of total revenue. The Rest of World (ROW) market contributed ₹99 crore in FY26, a decrease of 4.1%, making up 3.4% of total revenue.
