Zensar Technologies has reported a strong fiscal year 2026, achieving a total revenue of $643.7 million, representing a 3.1% year-on-year growth. The company has successfully executed its transition into an AI-native organization, reporting a robust net cash position of $319.5 million and an order book of $912.7 million. With a focus on strategic innovation and service excellence, Zensar continues to expand its footprint through new centers of excellence and client-centric initiatives.

Strong Financial and Operational Performance

For the fiscal year 2026, Zensar Technologies demonstrated resilient financial health. The company achieved a net profit margin of 13.5% and an EBITDA margin of 16.0%. Significant growth was noted in the order book, which saw a 17.8% year-on-year increase to $912.7 million, with 36% of the order book AI-influenced. This performance highlights the company’s successful pivot toward advanced digital solutions and service efficiency.

Strategic AI-Native Transformation

A core focus for the year has been the transformation into an AI-native organization. This strategy is supported by an 85%+ AI-certified workforce and the launch of ZenseAI, a pre-built modular agentic AI platform. The company is actively integrating artificial intelligence across its offerings, including data engineering, enterprise SaaS, and quality intelligence. This initiative aims to drive enterprise agility and time-to-market improvements for its 178 active customers globally.

Shareholder Value and Talent Growth

Reflecting its strong performance, the Board of Directors has proposed a dividend of ₹15 per share for FY26, marking a 750% payout of face value. This represents a payout ratio of approximately 44% of earnings per share. Zensar also continues to invest in its human capital, maintaining a workforce of over 10,770 employees and achieving an 88% happiness index, supported by 3,515 gross hires made during the fiscal year.

Global Expansion and Partnership Ecosystem

Zensar’s commitment to operational excellence is underscored by its global footprint spanning 30+ locations across North America, UK & EU, Africa, and India. During the year, the company inaugurated new facilities, including a technology delivery center in Belgrade, Serbia, and a CIS Experience Center in Pune. These efforts, combined with a strong partner ecosystem featuring industry leaders like AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud, have facilitated over 125 client visits to its Indian centers of excellence, earning an average feedback rating of 4.93/5.
