On a consolidated basis, the company reported annual revenue from operations of Rs. 181,944.25 lakhs with a consolidated net profit of Rs. 17,470.73 lakhs.
Dividend Recommendation
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share, having a face value of Rs. 5 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This payout is subject to approval by shareholders at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Strategic Appointments and Governance
