Terms of Appointment
The appointment process is divided into two distinct phases. Initially, the new firm will hold office to fill the casual vacancy created by the predecessor’s departure, effective from May 25, 2026, until the conclusion of the company’s next Annual General Meeting. Subsequently, the Board of Directors has approved a long-term engagement for five consecutive years. This extended term will commence following the 2026 meeting and will continue through to the conclusion of the company’s eighth Annual General Meeting in 2031.
