Terms of Appointment
The new auditors are set to serve in two distinct capacities. Initially, they will hold the office of Statutory Auditor to fill the casual vacancy until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the Board has recommended their appointment for a five-year consecutive term. This long-term engagement is scheduled to commence at the conclusion of the upcoming meeting and will extend through to the company’s eighth Annual General Meeting to be held in 2031, pending approval from the shareholders.
