For the full fiscal year 2026, the company achieved total revenues of Rs. 8,177 Cr, marking an 11% year-on-year growth, with an annual EBITDA of Rs. 967 Cr, reflecting a 28% growth over the prior year.
Segment-Wise Growth Drivers
The company’s growth was bolstered by strong performances across its diverse portfolio:
- Pantaloons & Masstige: The segment saw revenues of Rs. 1,048 Cr, growing 19% year-on-year with an EBITDA margin of 15.5%.
- Ethnic Portfolio: Now at an annual scale of over Rs. 2,200 Cr, the segment benefited from strong performances in both designer-led brands and premium ethnic wear like TASVA, which grew 33% in Q4.
- TMRW: The digital-first platform delivered impressive 45% growth in Q4, driven by high-impact marketing and expanded market presence.
- Luxury: The segment grew 13%, bolstered by the early success of the Galeries Lafayette flagship store in India.
Expansion and Strategic Outlook
ABFRL aggressively expanded its footprint, adding over 180 stores throughout FY26, bringing its total retail area to over 7.9 million sq. ft. The company closed the quarter with a gross cash position of Rs. 1,545 Cr. Management highlighted that investments in distribution, brand building, and operational efficiencies are successfully translating into visible performance gains, positioning the company for long-term growth in the evolving organized retail landscape.
