A Proven Track Record
Ms. Krishnan joins the company with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years across India, Southeast Asia, and the United Kingdom. Most recently, she served as the Head of HR for Corporate Functions at Unilever’s global headquarters in London. In that role, she was instrumental in leading large-scale organizational transformations for a 5,000+ employee base.
Educational and Professional Background
Prior to her time in London, Ms. Krishnan managed HR for Unilever’s €31 billion Global Procurement business in Singapore, where she was recognized for implementing top-tier inclusion programs that enhanced organizational performance. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Madras, where she was a Gold Medalist. Currently, she is further advancing her expertise by pursuing the CHRO Program at Wharton.
