Shri Mishra, an officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) from the 2006 batch, assumed his responsibilities effective May 25, 2026.

With a career spanning more than two decades in the Indian Railways, Shri Mishra brings a wealth of operational knowledge to his new role. Prior to joining IRCTC, he served as CFTM/ER.
