Nippon Life India Mutual Fund, acting through Nippon Life India Trustee Limited, has adjusted its investment portfolio regarding MTAR Technologies Limited. The firm conducted a series of sale transactions in the open market, resulting in the disposal of 20,000 equity shares. This strategic move has effectively brought the total holding below the 5% threshold.

Impact on Shareholding Pattern

Prior to these transactions, the mutual fund held 15,43,686 shares, representing a 5.0186% stake in the company. Following the completion of the sales, the remaining holding stands at 15,23,686 shares, which accounts for 4.9535% of the total equity share capital of the target company. The total share capital of MTAR Technologies remains comprised of 3,07,59,591 shares with a face value of Rs. 10 per share.
