Surya Roshni Limited Q4FY26 Financial Results Highlights

Surya Roshni Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported consolidated revenue of ₹2,163 crore for Q4FY26, maintaining stable year-on-year performance despite macroeconomic challenges. Surya Roshni achieved a significant milestone with record-high sales in its Lighting & Consumer Durables segment and Steel Pipes business, while strengthening its position as a zero-debt company with a cash surplus of ₹337 crore.

Consolidated Financial Performance

For the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, Surya Roshni reported consolidated revenue of ₹2,163 crore, representing a 12% increase sequentially. The company’s EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹170 crore with margins of approximately 7.9%. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter reached ₹98 crore, reflecting a healthy 23% sequential improvement compared to Q3FY26, driven by better product mix and operational efficiencies.

Segment Breakdown

The Lighting & Consumer Durables segment achieved its highest-ever revenue of ₹501 crore, marking a 9% year-on-year growth. This segment continues to benefit from strong demand across LED lighting, appliances, and professional lighting categories. Simultaneously, the Steel Pipes & Strips business reported revenues of ₹1,662 crore, supported by record-high quarterly sales volumes of 2.6 lakh tonnes. The company’s focus on value-added products, which contributed 43% of overall volumes in FY26, remains a core driver of this resilience.

Strategic Outlook and Future Growth

Management remains optimistic about growth in FY27, targeting a 21–22% increase in overall steel pipe volumes to reach 11 lakh tonnes. The company is actively expanding its footprint in newer export geographies, particularly the UK and North America, and is scaling its Wires & Cables business with an FY27 revenue target of ₹250 crore. To reward shareholders, the company has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share, supplementing the interim dividend already paid in November 2025.

Surya Roshni has successfully reinforced its balance sheet, achieving zero-debt status and maintaining a net cash surplus of ₹337 crore as of March 31, 2026. The company’s total order book stands at ₹1,160 crore, providing strong visibility for the upcoming fiscal year. Looking ahead, strategic priorities remain centered on capacity expansion, further premiumization of products, and strengthening distribution networks across Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
