Max Estates Strong Financial Performance with Rs. 5,305 Crore Pre-Sales in FY2026

Max Estates has announced a stellar performance for FY2026, achieving Rs. 5,305 crore in pre-sales, marking its second consecutive year crossing the Rs. 5,000 crore threshold. The results were bolstered by a robust fourth quarter, which contributed Rs. 3,392 crore to the total volume. With a strong pipeline of Rs. 17,200+ crore in Gross Development Value (GDV), the company is well-positioned for sustained growth in the luxury residential and commercial real estate segments.

Financial Highlights and Sales Momentum

The company showcased consistent operational success, with collections in FY2026 reaching Rs. 1,578 crore, a notable 61% year-on-year growth. This strong inflow has efficiently funded construction activities, maintaining a zero-debt status across residential projects. A key highlight was the launch of Estate 105, which recorded Rs. 1,783 crore in sales within just 10 days of its launch in March 2026.

Commercial Portfolio Growth

Max Estates continues to scale its annuity-based commercial portfolio, targeting a peak potential income of Rs. 700 crore. Current operations demonstrate high efficiency, with 100% occupancy across its operational assets, including Max Towers, Max House, and Max Square. The company is actively expanding its commercial footprint, with major pre-leasing achievements in Max District, Gurugram (200K sq. ft.) and Max Square Two, Noida (86K sq. ft.), both secured at significant premiums to their respective micro-markets.

Future Development and Strategic Outlook

With a total GDV pipeline of Rs. 17,200+ crore, Max Estates is focused on fueling future growth for FY2027 and beyond. Upcoming projects, including Estate 361 (Phase 2), Estate 105 (Phase 2), and a new luxury opportunity in Sector 59, Gurugram, are set to solidify its presence in the Delhi NCR luxury market. The company also maintains a strong emphasis on sustainability and innovation, with projects achieving LEED Platinum or IGBC Platinum certifications, ensuring long-term value creation.
