Max Estates Board Announces Leadership Changes and Internal Auditor Appointment

Max Estates has announced key changes to its Board of Directors effective May 22, 2026. Following the retirement of Mr. Anthony Ramsey Malloy, the company has appointed Ms. Jillian Leigh Moo-Young as an Additional Director, with Mr. Benjamin Scott Greene serving as her Alternate. Additionally, the company has appointed Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as its Internal Auditor for the upcoming financial year, FY27.

Leadership Transition

As part of a planned transition, the board noted the resignation of Mr. Anthony Ramsey Malloy, who served as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. Consequent to his departure, the term of his Alternate Director, Ms. Jillian Leigh Moo-Young, concluded. To ensure continuity, Ms. Moo-Young has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) representing New York Life International Holdings Ltd. Furthermore, Mr. Benjamin Scott Greene has been appointed to serve as her Alternate Director, effective May 22, 2026.

Strategic Appointments and Policy Updates

The company also announced the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP to serve as its Internal Auditor for FY27.
