Narayana Hrudayalaya has announced robust financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved record-breaking performance, with consolidated operating revenue climbing to ₹25,938 million for the fourth quarter, representing a 75.8% year-over-year increase. For the full fiscal year, the group reported revenue of ₹78,960 million, supported by successful international expansions and strong operational outcomes in its domestic healthcare facilities.

Record Annual Financial Performance

For the financial year 2026, Narayana Hrudayalaya delivered a consolidated operating revenue of ₹78,960 million, a significant 44.0% year-over-year growth. The company’s focus on high-value procedures, technological integration, and expansion across its core geographies resulted in an adjusted EBITDA of ₹17,928 million, reflecting a 31.0% growth compared to the previous year. Adjusted PAT reached ₹9,374 million, marking an 18.7% increase over FY25.

Quarterly Highlights and Operational Growth

The fourth quarter of FY26 was marked by strong momentum, with consolidated operating revenue reaching ₹25,938 million. Key operational achievements included the performance of over 750 robotic cardiac surgeries throughout the year. The company successfully operationalized a new Iodine Therapy facility at Narayana Hospital Howrah and upgraded the Narayana Hospital Mysuru with next-generation Elekta radiation therapy systems.

International Expansion and Integration

Management highlighted the successful acquisition of the Practice Plus Group’s hospital business in November 2025 as a pivotal milestone. Integration of this new entity is progressing according to schedule. The Cayman Islands business also maintained robust performance, bolstered by the addition of Health City Camana Bay and sustained demand. As of March 31, 2026, the group maintains a healthy financial position with a net debt to equity ratio of 0.49.
